Along with the online Regional Referee Course is a mandatory on-field class teaching the basics of being a referee. This class is taken AFTER you have completed the online course. We have 2 courses scheduled for this year and more can be added if needed. They are as follows:

How to Register for the Regional Referee Course:
Step 1: Register online as a Volunteer at WWW.AYSO32.org.
(write down your AYSO ID number)
Step 2: Go to AYSO32.ORG, click on the “AYSOU” tab and complete both the safe-haven course and concussion course which you will find under “MY COURSES”
Step 3: To take the course, go to AYSO32.ORG, click on the “AYSOU” tab, then click on the “E-COMMERCE” tab, there you will find the Referee Training,once downloaded you will then go to “MY COURSES” to do the training. Complete each module and take the final exam.
Note: the course charges you $7, the region will reimburse you, please give us a receipt.
Step 4: Go to “LIVE COURSES” and sign up for the “Regional referee companion on-field training” and then attend said training. After the course, you will receive your uniform and equipment.
Step 5: Print your certificate and bring a copy to the fields when you attend the outdoor course. Let us know who your coach is so that we can assign the points and give credit for the new referee.
