On Game Day

Please check in at the referee table at least 15 - 20 minutes prior to your game assignment, in uniform, ready to referee.
Put your initials after your name on the assignment sheet.
Pick up the game cards at the player check-in table.
After the match, please complete the back of the game cards.

• PRINT your name
• PRINT your team number
• Complete the sportsmanship points section for the coaches, players and spectators

And return the card TO THE REFEREE TABLE
