AYSO referee training is designed to provide education to referees and prospective referees that will allow them to referee AYSO soccer matches in accordance with the FIFA Laws of the Game and the AYSO National Rules and Regulations. It is the intent of the AYSO National Referee Program to provide practical, incremental referee training that will ensure consistency throughout AYSO.

How to Register for the Regional Referee On-line Companion Course:

Step 1: Register on line as an AYSO volunteer at eAYSO.ORG(write down your AYSO ID number).

Step 2: Go to AYSOTRAINING.ORGand complete the Safe Haven course, Concussion Awareness, and the On-line Basic Referee Course. (login using your AYSO ID number and last name).

Print out certificates of completion of Safe Haven, Concussion Awareness, and On-line Basic Referee and bring to class.

Step 3: Sign-up for the class. Go to eAYSO.ORG. Region 32, Section 1, Area G
Note: Due to limited seating, you must sign-up for the class in order to be admitted to the course.
No Exceptions.

Step 4: Come to the class. Bring photo I.D. AND two copies of the volunteer form, Safe Haven Certificate, Concussion Awareness Certificate, AND Basic Referee Certificate to the class. Only those with all the forms will be admitted to the class. We will review materials, offer some field training, answer any questions and take the referee test.

How to register for a Regional Referee course

Our Basic Referee Online Companion Course provides the same training & certification as the Basic Referee Course.  However, half of the course is completed online at your leisure before the live class.  These courses are designed to get you out on the field as effortlessly as possible.  You must complete the online portion of the course before attending an Online Companion Course.
