A TEAM DUTY SIGN-IN SHEET WILL BE POSTED IN THE FIELD HOUSE (CORK BOARD) EACH WEEK. YOUR VOLUNTEERS MUST SIGN THIS SHEET ONCE THEY HAVE COMPLETED THEIR ASSIGNMENT. All volunteer duty assignments will be communicated to the coach approximately one week ahead of time.

Team Duties

Trash Pick Up - Collect and dispose of all loose trash on assigned field If you are assigned to this duty, you will be asked to pick up loose trash on either the North (upper) or South (lower) AYSO fields. Trash should be placed into the trash cans located near the field light poles. If a trash can becomes full, please remove the bag, tie it at the top and leave it next to the can for end of day pick up. New bags should be located at the bottom of the can - please prep the can with the new bag.

Bathrooms - Stock with toilet paper and seat covers If you are assigned to this duty, make sure that a male is assigned to the men's restroom while a female is assigned to the women's restroom. Each volunteer should make sure seat covers are restocked (if necessary) and that there are enough toilet paper roles in each stall. Also, the bathroom trash may need to be emptied. Remove the bag, tie it at the top and set it next to the can. New bags should be located at the bottom of the can - please prep the can with the new bag. Bathroom supplies are located within the field house, next to the ice machine.

Check-in Tables - Two parents per team are needed for 2.5 hours (avg) Volunteers at the check-in table are responsible for verifying that the players listed on the coach's game card have a corresponding registration form with the parent's original signature (not photo copy). If a form does not exist, the player cannot play. If an original signature does not exist, tell the coach they must have the parent come to the table and sign the paper. Do not proceed with checking in the team until that occurs.

A game schedule sheet will be provided at the check-in table to list where each team is playing.

If you have any questions before you start team duty, please find an AYSO Board Member (on the fields, in the field house, at the Referee Tent).

Our success is built on volunteers. We need your help. Please complete your volunteer duty.
